Providing a “Train-the-Trainer programme” for people of diverse race
The aim is to offer them soft and hard skill training and job opportunities, as well as to help them develop competencies and resilience that they would need when facing career and life transition in future.
I am so glad to be a part of this awesome team. Everyone is so friendly and always ready to help with any doubts I have and also take over when it gets hectic. As a non-Chinese I have not had any acquaintance with the Chinese community.
This firm has made me mingle with them easily and freely and given me the confidence to conduct sessions for them.

I enjoyed the project of urban farming. I live nearby, so I got to come to studio to farm and plant seeds. Since Covid, I started to grow plants to keep the home green and fresh, so I was happy to have a big space to take care of herbs and get to know more about different types herbs and plants. Some I never heard of and tried to use for cooking. It is also cheaper to plant your own herbs, outside is really expensive, growing them saves money. Although I found urban farming unpredictable, it is harder to grow the seeds, sometimes too cold or too hot, it is a hit and miss and needs patience. It takes lots of time and dedication to take care of the plants. I do not have the patience but I enjoyed seeing the plants grow, there is a sense of happiness to see your own plants grow.
