【喚味：𝑥 | 時間 𝑥】
所謂「人生八味」，即酸、甜、苦、辣、鹹、澀、腥、沖；每種味道由舌頭的味蕾將訊息傳遞到大腦，喚起我們的感知和聯想。「喚味：𝑥」期望公眾透過身心協作，以舌頭尋覓新的靈感，喚醒生活裡被忽略的種種味道。「𝑥」為數學中未知的數值，除了象徵著不確定性，更是代表各種未知的符號。油街實現邀請本地創意設計團隊深食，透過「喚味：𝑥」於日常生活的各種未知中尋覓新的味道，以油街廚房作為實驗室，從「個體﹑時間﹑空間」三個方向展開尋味旅程，轉化生活中的一點一滴。

【喚味：𝑥｜時間 𝑥】
油街實現及深食就主題「時間 𝑥」，邀請了藝術家鄭志堅與沙沙奇綠鼻子創作。他們分別以香料和麵包的故事，創作出《頃刻背後》、《週而復始》及《包食一個月》，對日常生活的時間反思。作品現正於油街廚房展岀，歡迎前來欣賞兩位藝術家的作品，發掘時間中的未知。
【Unexplored Flavour: 𝑥 | Time 𝑥】
On the theme of “Time 𝑥", Oi! and Deep Food have invited artists Max Cheng and Zazaki Greenose to create thematic artworks. Taking the stories behind scent and bread, the artists created “Behind the Scenes”, “The Wheel of Time” and “A Month With Bread” to give a reflection on time in daily life. The artworks are now displayed at Oi! Kitchen. You are welcome to explore the display and the unknown of time together at Oi!.
《頃刻背後》展示藝術家以同是食材又是製香材料的各種香草展示時間的各種可能。玻璃樽中的香料各以不同時間長度煉成林林總總的芳香，帶觀眾從中洞察時間能醞釀的不同結果。而《週而復始》展示大自然的花草變成香原料再化作春泥的循環。兩件作品展現兩種時間，有時多變，有時循環。

古人多以香作計算時間之用，時至今天，香雖然依舊能顯示時間流逝，但更多作為香薰休閒使用。你是否知道製香的材料其實與我們生活息息相關？許多香料、香草背後各自經歷不同的時間處理，才成為我們熟悉的製香原材料。油街實現邀請本地設計團隊深食、藝術家鄭志堅帶來一段尋古訪今的製線香之旅，嘗試透過嗅覺和味覺之間的交流，發現「時間𝑥」的未知價值。

【The Unexplored Flavour: 𝑥 | Time 𝑥 】
Activity: The Scent of Culinary (Full booked)
In ancient times, incense was often used to measure time. Today, although incense still symbolizes the passage of time, it is mostly used for aromatherapy and relaxation. Do you know that the materials used in making incense are closely related to our daily lives? Many fragrant spices and herbs undergo different processes over time to become the familiar raw materials for incense production. Oi! has invited local design collective Deep Food to collaborate with local artist Max Cheng to take us on a journey of exploring the past and present of incense making, aiming to discover the unknown value of “Time 𝑥” through the exchange between our sense of smell and taste.
